Small bug-fixing update today. Fixed some broken links on iOS as well as some navigation issues with the citizens.

• Fixed the "Ad-Free" link for the iOS free version.
• Fixed the Update link for iOS free and premium versions.
• Fixes to citizen navigation and the citizen spawn/despawn particle effect.
• Fixed an issue where players could tap buildings while the newspaper UI was open.
• Fixed an issue where citizen spawning was causing the newspaper animation to lag.
• Fixed performance issues related to citizen spawning.
